Recommended daily- Crane truck operation cautions

1. The truck crane driver must pass the professional safety training, and through the examination and approval of the relevant departments issued by the combination of certificates, only allowed to operate alone. Unlicensed personnel are strictly prohibited from using lifting equipment.

2. Before work, check whether the operating devices of the truck mounted crane are normal, whether the wire rope conforms to the safety regulations, and whether the brakes, hydraulic devices and safety devices are complete and sensitive and reliable. The parts are strictly prohibited to run with disease.

3. The lifting arm elevation Angle shall not be less than 30°, the crane should try to avoid lifting and falling the lifting arm under the condition of load. Do not change the lever until the lifting arm is safe.

4. The driver and the crane must cooperate closely and obey the signal command of the conductor. Before the operation, the horn must be honked first. If the command gesture is not clear or wrong, the driver has the right to refuse to execute. During the work, the emergency stop signal sent by the driver to anyone must be stopped immediately, and the work can be resumed after the unsafe factors are eliminated.

5. When lifting heavy objects, the heavy objects should be lifted from the ground 10 cm or so, check the stability of the crane and brake whether flexible and effective, in the confirmation of normal circumstances can continue to work.

6. No one is allowed to stand, work or pass in the working area, under the lifting arm, the hook and the objects to be hung.

7. When the cane with truck  is in operation, it is strictly prohibited for irrelevant personnel to enter the cab and take the ladder up and down.

8. Cranes working on soft ground should be leveled and compacted before use. The fuselage must be fixed steadily, the support must be firmly placed, and there should be enough space and space in the operating area.

9. When the truck-mounted crane is lifting at full load or near full load, it is forbidden to carry out two or more operations at the same time. The left and right rotation Angle of the lifting arm can not exceed 45°, and it is strictly prohibited to slant, pull and fast take-off and landing. No lifting or pulling of buried objects. It is strictly prohibited to work under high pressure.

10. Overloading of cranes is strictly prohibited. If use two crane lifting a weight at the same time, there must be a unified command, two car lifting speed is equal to keep the object weight shall not be greater than the sum of two car allowed by lifting weight, 75% of the tie line when must pay attention to the load distribution of each car share the load must not exceed the maximum allowable lifting weight of 80%.

11. The crane carrier shall not run laterally on the slope and shall not rotate the lifting arm towards the lower part of the slope. The fuselage must be flattened if it must be run or rotated.

12. It is forbidden to lift or lift people by crane, and it is forbidden to touch the wire rope and pulley by hand during work.

13. The crane should keep a safe distance from the live line when working near the live line.

14. When the crane with truck is working, a certain distance should be kept between the hook and the pulley to prevent the wire rope from being broken or the lifting arm from turning over. When the lifting arm is lifted to the maximum elevation Angle and the hook is at the lowest position, the wire rope on the hoisting barrel shall be retained for at least three turns.

 

15. When the crane is working, it is not allowed to overhaul and adjust its parts.

 

16. After the work is finished, the hook and lifting arm should be placed in the prescribed safe position, all the control handles should be put to zero, and cut off the power supply.

 

17. The hanging objects shall not be suspended in the air when work is stopped or at rest.

There should be enough light for night work.
